I also am a fan of old school on these. I haven't decided if I'll go with the 'MUSTANG' on the trunk lid yet, but here are my mods thus far. No real mods on the inside yet, still piecing my ideas together.

if you want old school , the wing has got to go.. Which I think makes the cars look better anyway. That is a real nice Stang . Going to do anything to grill or front ???

I am obviously blending Old thinking with new materials.

Yep, Here it is.....

OK, which grill insert is this? Mine is a combination of fog light bezels and corral, but yours looks like a one piece and it has the tabs off to the outside of the fog lights like the 'Pony' grille on the V6. I like yours better! [8D]
