Thats why I love the new stangs, you can pull these things off very nicely now. And this one came out way better than I expected(I had high expectations anyway, even though I just found this out now) White looks F3CKING GOOD!
Really nice. Keep it locked in your garage, it may be stolen...fast

Beautiful car man. Excellently done

So.........when are you painting the hood scoop black?[8D]
Don't think I will... I kinda like the contrast. The '70 BOSS has a black shaker scoop and a black rear spoiler, but I think I'll keep it white for a while. Maybe down the road a ways...

Underbird,
Did you get your shift adaptor installed yet? If so, what do you think??

Mike
Nah Mike, I don't have it in yet, but I couldn't wait to share the final results with our fellow MF'ers. Maybe this weekend...

Thanks to everyone for the positive feedback!!!

For your enjoyment, here's a pic of the car I modeled the '06 BOSS from.

Sorry about the funky hood scoop edit on that pic... I was fooling around with the picture to see what the white scoop looked like compared to the black shaker on the original pic. For some reason, I can't seem to find the original now. Oh well, you get the idea.

Under normal circumstances, I would be the first to get in your *** and call you a poser and say you were no better than a Civic driver that threw a VTech emblem on his car. BUT, you have done a nice job with it. I wish you had not thrown the Boss sticker on there, but oh well.
Finish it out with the black spoiler and shaker and it will be class ( in my opinion ).

Here's the one I'm using for my wallpaper. I don't know how to get around the 400KB size limit, so if you'll shoot me your e-mail address I'll send you one in 5.0 Megapixel mode.

Glad you liked it...

Well hell, I confused myself and clicked on the wrong picture. I guess you didn't throw a Boss sticker on there. Keep it that way ( in my opinion).
There is a fine ( invisible ) line between tribute and poser. You have done a nice job of not crossing it.

There's not a BOSS reference anywhere on the car. The GT emblems are still on the fenders.

I'm not trying to pose, just paying tribute. I'm sure I've been called worse however.

Hummm... I was pretty sure I corrected that statement.
