hey guys, i tried the search finction and it didn't work and this is kind of an emergency to me. i am getting a popping sound from the front suspension whenever i do a 90º turn. i remember i read that someone else aruound this forum experienced the same problem and i'm trying to find that thread or if anyone knows what the problem was maybe you could tell me. thanks!

On the 05s there was a TSB out for strut pop. For a while Ford had no fix, and acknoledged that there was a problem but they had no fix. Then they started replacing the bushings which was a fix for some and only a temp fix for others.

Don't know if that could be your issue or not, don't know what year model your car is. But that is probably what is wrong. The cheap *** plastic strut bushings

That happened to my car. I went to the dealer and they fixed it - whatever they did I don't konw, but no problems since and it's been over a year.

same with me, when i first brought the car in i couldnt find my key for my wheel locks so the problem went unfixed for some time. Dealer advised me there is no real danger or anything. I eventually found it and had it fixed. Been good for 6 months plus. Just take it to your dealer, pretty common problem from what i understand.
