2007 California Special?? INFO
For the heck of it, I decided to build a new 2007 mustang from ford.com...
Then at the accesories section I saw a california special package for a little over $1k, it looked awesome from the side and it says it has unique front and rear fascias...does anyone have any pics and info on this?? -Thanks |

When I looked at it on Ford's web site I wasn't impressed enough to add it to the 2007 convertible that I ordered.

i love the cs's as long as they don't have the gt appearance package. the side scoops look nice but paired with the hood scoop it's just too much fake ****. buy it w/o the appearance package and get the plenum cover for 55 bucks and save some money. |

I don't understand something... everyone keeps bashing the fake hood and side scoops on the CS, but until recently there were a ton of posts about people who liked the fake scoops. There were comparisons in quality and looks... so why all of a sudden is everyone bashing them?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not putting any fake scoops on mine (or anthing that is held on with 2-sided tape), but can anyone explain why everyone seems to have flip-flopped? Is it because fake scoops are cool if they are aftermarket, but uncool if they come non-functional from the factory? Seems people are hating just to be hating. Maybe it's a way to justify the fact that they bought a 2005 or 2006 and didn't have the option of a CS... |

I really like the front and rear fascias..look more aggressive then a GT...
hope Ford will be selling these soon.. |
