a Pre 99 GT Auto is as fast as a 99+ V6 , That's from personal experience. Never raced a manual 98 GT
a V6 05-06 will keep up with or beat a Pre99 GT

I agree. I raced a late 90's manual GT. It was close, but i took him. I was completely stock at the time.
