+1 to best customer service, ordered Hurst shifter which was missing the shift adapter. So I realize it was supposed to come with the adapter about two weeks after I installed it and I give them a call and he shipped it the same day and I had the item in three days no questions asked.

I too have had nothing but good service from Brenspeed. (95% of my mods are from his shop and he got to abuse my car on his dyno.)

Brent is number one in my book as far as small aftermarket shops go. His tune is working unbelievibly well in my car. Fast, knowledgable service. And always well mannered on the phone and seems to appreciate your buisiness.

I strayed from smaller outfits years ago and do most of my buying from summit for my own and customers cars. But Brent proves there are still some good small guys out there.

Brents the man customer service is hands down the best ,my friend and i have gotten damn near every mod from him and due to his rep. we are driving six hours one way to his shop in a couple of weeks to have our kooks lt headers installed and have our stangs dyno tuned by him, cant wait should be a fun ride home to say the least.
