I just read in (automobile) that a body change will occur in 09'. I bet this new BOSS you're talking about will be involved with the new style.

. I love the car, I mean it puts a serious smile on my face. I do not feel bad for paying 15K over, it has brought me alot of joy
And If you have worked hard and can afford it and it makes you HAPPY then I think its a good thing that you have what you want, beacuse Life is WAYYYY to short... I know This, I Lost my first husband at age 45.. to young to soon..
so MK2 Smile away and enjoy your car...

PS. Just wished I lived next door to ya so I could get a ride...and say that I got to Ride in a Shelby!

Thanks Stang Girl. thats is a nicer post than being called rich and stupid or telling me my opinion does not count. I like the way I am suddenly stupid because I started a business from scratch, worked my a$$ off for 10 years (put 20 years into those ten and barely saw my first kid grow up)and now I am a "buffoon" (forgot that one) because I have the means to buy a car for 15K over sticker...whatever...thanks again for your post.

I think all the Shelby owners should getpersonalized plates that show the amount over MSRP they paid. Most states allow "7 digits" right?

Don't mind me. I'm just envious. Enjoy the ride guys and gals!

Most people this time around are buying them for resale value down the road. A Shelby KR500 sold close to a Mill at Barrett Jackson last year. This is what they are wanting this time around.

Your welcome MK2 I understand, because I have gotten some of the same comments for having a C6 vette and a new GT.. Its only taken me 48 years...[sm=smiley2.gif] I really think its just jealousy..
