Upper radiator hose size

Wondering what size in MM the upper radiator hose is & if anbody knows where to get an oil filter sandwich adapter

You can find the adapters at Jegs, Pegasys Racing or Canton.

Upper hose should be 1.5" dia, appx 22" long
