Default Tokico D-Spec/Panhard Rod install question

Those of you that installed your D-specs and/or Panhard Rod already...did you re-use the nuts and bolts from the shocks, rod, etc.? The Ford manual says to replace them when you uninstall the factory stuff. Just curious if there was any issue safety or otherwise. I'm dying to install these things and can't take another delay in having to go get new parts.

Thanks.

Default RE: Tokico D-Spec/Panhard Rod install question

I reused all the bolts and the the new nuts that came with the shocks and struts. I don't see any reason that the old bolts shouldn't be good since the car is fairly new.Just make sure to follow all the torque specifications especially the nuts on top since the top shafts on the tokicos are hollow and can snap off. There should be a torque sheet included with them. Also, be sure not to unscrew the adjuster of top of the shocks/struts more than 7 turns out or you may lose the adjustability of them. You may have already known this stuff, but it's better to know now than find out when it's too late.

Thanks. I thought the same (new car and all). I do have the torque sheet too.
