Will GT 500 splash guards fit my GT?

Saw the rear splash guards on the GT500 and noticed that they are not as wide as the Ford accessory splash guards I have. Much more lower profile. The way they attach to the fender well looks similar, but with another piece- like a tab or something.
Any way to order these yet?

I agree 100% with that statement. Not only do splash guards look bad on a sports car, they disrupt the air flow around the car body, resulting in aerodynamic drag.

I'm not sure about the splash guards , but I believe the roof rack and trailer hitch will work.

so do window louvers, scoops, most any functional hood with a scoop, and spoilers.... but that doesn't stop anyone from doing it.

ps i wouldnt mind putting slapsh guards on my car, its annoying have all that dirt and **** fly up behind the car and scratch the paint, not to mention with all the rubber i burn it would make for an easier clean up lol

but then again, it just looks silly in most cases

Yeah I agree, they look pretty dumb on our cars.

It may look lame but I need it because there's always water in the alley where I live and I got tired of having splash marks all over the rear flank.
Oh, and the Mustang is not considered a "sports car". It's a "muscle car".

I have splash guards and they look fine to me. Then again, mine are black and my stang is black... so it blends in great. Not to mention my rear bumper/fenders no longer fear puddles! :D

Aerodynamic drag?! Haha!

I have the molded ones on mine and they don't look too bad. Yeah, I'd rather not have them but with the roads in upstate NY where there's potholes and patches of gravel to fix potholes. I like knowing they're there when I hear that gravel in the wheel well.
