i went to the dealership this weekend and was negotiating prices and interest rates and the manager came up to me and said "if you can hold out till labor day, then i can give u a great price". so just letting you guys know if you are looking to buy i would wait! im shocked he even told me that!

Check here $3,000.00 & $4,000.00 off of MSRP on 06 Gt's

I don't believe that for 1 second. Besides the insanely low price I just can't believe any one dealer has 52 2006 GT's instock. The biggest car dealer in Jacksonville Florida never had anywhere close to that number.

This is the game everyone plays once the new model hits the dealer's floor. If you wait, you get a better price because the dealer has to make room for inventory. The risk? The car you really want may not be on the lot when you return. I'm sure the prices will be even better around Christmas... :-)

Ford is already offering 1500 cashback incentives on ALL 06 Mustangs. They'll be disappearing from lots quickly, if you find one you want you better jump on it.
I bet that don't include the GT. It's that once a year "Oh crap, we made too many model year close out sale".
Yes it does, it covers ALL 2006 Mustangs including GTs. You can take the 1500 cash back or financing for 2.9% at 60 months. Unfortunately you can't do both.

I suggest if you are looking for a 5-speed Manual tranny car to get it now and not wait .... When I was looking for my new Mustang two weeks ago all the dealers were loaded to the gills with automatic tranny Mustangs ... finding a 2006 manual shift in the color you want with the options you want is already pretty tough ...

The manual tranny 06's are already scarce here in Little Rock.......I picked up a satin silver one today at 3.
