Great looking HU! I went with the Kenwood, but I'm looking at the 9800BT...WARNING!!! That extra storage compartment is a missile launcher!!!

....you should drill a hole through the back, and run the ipod adapter through there, so your ipod can sit in there and be out of the way.....

I bought a Pioneer DEH-7800MP a few months ago and it is a nice HU. It was easy to install and the HU is menu driven which makes it easy to set up. I bought mine from Cardomain and it was on sale for $299. That came with a free wire harness and dash kit. I added a Infinity Basslink 10"sub/amp/crossover, but I am running the rear and front factory speakers. Good luck with your install and new HU.

I was always an Alpine guy when it came to head units, then I got the Pioneer Premier DEH-P880PRS and haven't looked back. Pioneer has gotten a lot better recently in the quality department for audiophiles on a bugdet. Enjoy!

Does it included the wiring to have the temp/alt/RPM guage work on the display?
Well that is a slick feature
