Default Best spot for front jack stands

I'm interested to know where the best spot is too place front jack stands on our cars. I tried a few different spots and all seemed to want to bend a little. I don't want to chance bending anything up, or worse, breaking a weld, while I'm putting it on jackstands.

the frame rails are the only place that i use for jacking or for
placing jack stands once the car is lifted.

I am no mechanic and I need to know where to put jack stands both front and rear because I'm going to paint my brake calipers. I know its a dumb question but i'd rather be dumb than sorry.

Thanks for any help. Sorry to but in on your thread jaiasmit.

Lots of pics in this thread, but best info is the last post.
There are cut out notches in the skirts. Place the jack in there and once raised, slide
a jack stand on the frame rail.

Hope this helps.
