Just to ask again, Are you guys rev matching when you are downshifting?

Yes sir, I rev match.
I usually don't shift into first for anything, but if im rolling less than 3 mph through a stop, you'd want to be in first to be able to take off in traffic again. I understand the mechanics of driving a manual and have never missed a gear or stalled (besides the first day I bought her). I'm not sure you understrand the problem or if i'm explaining it right. But It will go INTO gear, once it's in is when it grinds. I'm even more concerned now because today it was difficult to shift it into any gear. It just didn't want to go for some reason. There is no clutch problem that I can tell, It just doesnt go in......
Maybe I should try a different shifter or something but I know it's not normal and no I don't shift into first when it's not necessary or at high rpm......... I not that dumb lol...but in all seriousness should I take it in or just "live with it" If this problem is not common i'm not going to let the "operating per design" **** fly.

RE: Grinding in First while shifting at slow roll
It's been a while since I messed with transmissions, but I'll give it a go:
The car should shift into 1st successfully at very slow road speeds. The engine RPM shouldn't have anything to do with it other than if the RPM is high when you begin the procedure then obviously the road speed is high as well. If the road speed is high and you put the clutch in and let the RPM drop it won't make downshifting any easier. The grinding noise comes from the synchros trying to engage the collar with the gear you're selecting on the transmission output shaft.
I shift my car into first at the very end of a stop when the car is traveling less than 10mph and I've never had a problem.

Technically rev-matching won't help any synchro meshing. Rev matching is only to provide for smooth downshifts (no bucking as the engine brakes the car). Double Clutching will ease the engagement of the collar to the gear, but it's unnecessary in a synchronized transmission.
