Default Hood Scoops

I'm really debating on what kinda hood scoop I should get. I've looked into many different ones and I seem to like the Interceptor one the best. If any of yall know of any other Scoops, please post here.

I just received the CDC Smooth Hood Scoop in the mail today. It is 2' X 3' but only 1.75" high. I can tell it is going to look great. Plus, it's one of the few that actually bolt on and has turn signals built in.

I like the CDC.

On a sidenote, a noobish question. How easy are scoops to install yourself? I read some instructions, it looks like alot of opportunities for things to go wrong. Just the thought of me drilling and cutting into my car's body gives me the creeps.

I've never done anything like this before and I'm nervous as hell about it. However, I got a giant "X" scratched into my hood last week so I've got to have it repainted anyhow next week. It's now or never for the hood scoop.

I would guess in theory it could go like this...

If you're timid about chopping into the hood, start small. If you encounter a boo-boo, you can always cover it with a bigger scoop. Eventually you'll opt for a cowl induction hood and do away with the scoop altogether.[:@]

Yeah I have looked into the MRT Interceptor a little bit more, and thats the one I'ma go with. Though it is pretty sweet, there's just something bout it that I like.
