Evolution Performance - Shelby GT500 Update! (Photos)
The car went on a diet; I will have the official weigh in numbers later tonight, including the new weight distribution numbers. (Digital Scales)
The Chrome Moly Roll Cage was Designed and Installed by S&W Race Cars of Spring City, PA, who now have roll cages currently available for the Shelby GT500! The design and install of our roll cage will be covered in a future issue of Muscle Mustang and Fast Fords!
The factory seats were removed and replaced with a set of triple black Cobra Imola S (Kevlar) Racing Seats.
We will be doing the pulley change (2.6) and re-tune all day Saturday in preparation for Sunday at Raceway Park in Englishtown, NJ! I will have updated dyno numbers and videos up late Saturday night!
If anyone is in the area Sunday, I invite everyone to attend the Test and Tune at Raceway Park in Englishtown, NJ to see our Shelby GT500 click off another record setting pass!
I would like to meet all future GT500 owners and any members off this board!
I will have 1/4 mile times and videos up Sunday night!
Below are some photos of the interior. The seats are black but the camera is making them look purple. We will be having the roll bar painted next week, since we were strapped for time.
The shifter is the stock shifter modified to accept the Hurst Pistol Grip shift **** with Line Lock Button. The shifter **** will be anodized black next week, so it doesn’t look so out of place.

I thought that was your car on the cover page for S&W's website. COOL
I figured you would need that soon after that 11sec pass, with faster times coming.
