I removed the HALO LED's .. I didn't want to use them ... I'm just using them as regular Halogen Fog lights ... I live near Mustangs Unlimited so once they start selling the MRT aluminum Louvers I'll buy a set ... I don't want to pay the $100 shipping on them ...

What are the "halo" lights everyone talks about?
Look at the ring around the outside of his foglights.....that's the "halo" part. It's a term i believe ripped off from BMW and Mercedes when they started putting those on their cars. It lights up the surround when you have your running lights on.....It looks pretty sick.

Here is a picture of the Grill I installed ... with the Halo function. The instructions said to wire them into your running lights ... so yes ... they would light up when your running lights or headlights were on. The Halogen Fogs use a seperate wiring harness ...

Whatchya think? I know it's the wrong hood stripe but I didn't plan on doing the 2006 Mach 1 look until they were already on. One Day I'll install the center style Mach 1 stripe ...
Hey dmhines,

I had a 69 Mach 1 years ago and loved that car. I wish I could get into another one soon. Anyway, I was thinking of putting the MUSTANG lettering on the decklid like you did but didn't know how it would look with the 3rd brake light. COuld you take some pictures showing that at a better angle. I'd like to get a good look at yours before I decide.

Did you just order the lettering for a 69?

Looks Great!! Have you considered the mach 1 style wheels, that are on evil bay? They have them in the correct off set for 05 06 07.

Looks great! Now a shaker, dual rear exhaust, some rear window louvers and a black chin spoiler and you're done!

The only beef I have with your car is that it's a v6... But no problem… 1974 mach 1 tribute engine wise then...

Do you know the seller or have a link to them?

Very nice. Black and yellow go well together. How about the shaker hood scoop?
