Passport 8500 Blue and ZR3

Passport 8500 Blue and ZR3
Does anyone have this setup? I have a new Valentine 1 coming throught their upgrade program, but I'd gladly move that on eBay if this Passport and Lasar Shifter setup is as good as "they" say.
If you have it, who has the lowest price? I see each pieace on Yahpp for about $350ea at the lowest, but I haven't had much luck w/Yahoo merchants. Crutchfield has the 8500 for $250, but not the ZR3.
Are they truly integrated or ahoud I just add the ZR3 to my V1?
