Default Steering wheel whine

Guys, After driving for a few minutes, I start to notice this whine coming from the steering column or wheel on sharp right or left turns. Any of you experience this?

Good point...I guess I'll also check the belt too.

Can someone tell me where the power steering reservoir is located on the '05 Mustang GT?

I have the same problem. The dealer basically told me to shove off.
