Well chalk up another nice thing about the stang, changing headlights its very easy, about 30 sec per side.

I heard you cant touch the glass on them bulbs for sum reason.... is it true??? [:-]

like most halogen bulbs, you shouldn't touch the glass. any oil that gets on the glass is most likely to burn and pop.

Are these immune to the "heating" problem others have? I know some people have replaced their headlights and had the housings become deformed because of the intense heat.

Supposidly bulbs you want are the osram silverstar bulbs. Not the sylvania.

They both are "overdriven" bulbs but the american sylvania bulbs have the blue tint, which looks kinda cool but does absolutly nothing for lighting ability and blocks light.

With that said, I have the blue tinted bulbs in another car and they look cool. But I still want more light.

A great site about automotive lighting is www.danielsternlighting.com. Very knowledgable guy about lamps.

Just got home with a set of h13 ST's as well...i'm off to put them in and test drive asap (no camera at the moment) But i'll give my opinions shortly.
