Default what do you think of these rims?

Classy? Gay? Give it to me straight. I think i'll have to order a custom offset, but that seems to be necessary with any of the rims I like.

I like these, but i'm not sure why. Maybe i've seen them on a lot of hotrods. The price is just ridiculous though.

Not retro or very impressive but ok if you like. On first ones, I don't like the 28mm offset (OE is 45mm); and $1000... lot of dough! ...Will they fit?

Second ones... kinda blah, specs???

Not retro? They are in their vintage series. I know the offsets not right, but they will custom make them with whatever offset you like.

The second rims are billet specialties and made to order, so whatever specs you want.

I really hate that Ford changed the rim specs in 05. Why again did they do this?

I believe it was so we could have wider tires but keep a decent rim width... someone feel free to correct me if what I said was utterly stupid.

Yeah.. those dont look bad, but honestly, for those prices, Id get some Iforged..

I hope you are talking about the price of the rims in the second link I posted. The iforged are all $500 each and I don't really like any of their styles. Their 5 spokes are ok, but the spokes look to thin for me.

If I could get any 5 spoke it would probably be something like this, not quite a bullit and not quite a flat spoke.

I don't think that's it, 17x9's fit on the 04's all day long. Is the axle wider on the 05's?

Yeah I was talking about the price of the second ones... and the Iforged definately arent for everyone.. they have a different style to them, but theyre light, theyre forged, and some of them look pretty sweet IMO. Those ones you just posted dont look too bad.

Im not sure about our axles.. our cars definately look wider than the previous models, so a wider axle could be a possibility.
