Default narrow stripes or wide stripes?

Sorta kicking around the idea of putting twin stripes on the GT, my question is, which stripes look better? The thinner "Roush" style stripes, or the wider "Le Mans"(also know as Shelby) style stripes? I'm sure this question was probably asked before....but I'm not gonna dig up an old thread..btw my car's Tungsten Grey....thinking of charcoal colored stripes....anyone have an opinion?[sm=feedback.gif]

I'm kinda partial to my stripes: Satin Silver on Tungsten Grey

IMO, the wider stripes look better. I personally think a 16" stripe with a 6" gap would look killer, and that would be my first choice, if i were to do stripes.

12" wide stripes would be the choice for my car, FWIW...

I'm leaning towards the wider "Le Mans" stripes, I'm starting to feel that the narrower stripes look nice on a car with a major body kit, so the stripes don't overwhelm the body kit. I'm not gonna do anything other than a CDC chin spoiler. Gracias Amigos[sm=icon_cheers.gif]

I also love the look of the Satin Silver over Tungsten, My car is Silver with white stripes, I did 10 and 2.... but it all depends on the look that catches your eye. Browse some finished car pics...I don't know if I am allowed to mention other forums, but one has a whole spreadsheet database of different sizes and color combinations.

I personally like wide stripes. More aggressive. They're manly. Thin stripes look like they belong on a girls car.

You're not a girl, are you?
