Default 2007 tuners

the dealership I bought my 2007 mustang GT told me that
they can tel if you have used a tuner and then you reflashed it
to bring it back to original for waurintee work.

Flash it back to stock and disconnect the battery for 5-10 mins. I read somewhere that it will just show a battery code.

As far as I know, the battery trick works.

Reflash back to stock, disconnect the battery, leave it off for a while and re-connect. That will erase the history of the computer. The dealership will be able to see that there is no history data there in the computer, but they will not be able to tell why. Just tell them you had the battery out so it could be tested, there is no way they would know otherwise.

nooo, they will be able to tell it was reset recently if you just unplug the battery. If you know you are going to the dealership- flash back to stock, disconnect the batt for 30 minutes just to be safe, then drive the car for a good 30 miles before you take it to the dealer. To be safe i would just unplug it the morning of the day before you go to the dealership. After a certain amount of driving the reset history thing will be erased and they will not be able to tell that you ever touched it computer wise.
