While moving my car to another spot today, a nice headwind slammed my hood into my windshield. This also destroyed my MRT hood struts. It wasn't even up, just opened. Either the safety hook didn't hold or it was just on top of the safety hook.

that sux..i think there like 300 from the ford dealer to get fixed..got one fixed on another stang


yeh in my jeep, i lifted the windshield wiper up to wash under it and it snapped back and cracked it ugh

I do also have damage to the hood. The passenger side wiper is crushed and it put a dent in the hood. The whole edge is scratched and the wipers also scratched a few more spots. The hood sits higher in the rear now also.

saleen prob sells em cheap i think. call them up or email them.. the advertised price may be more than u can get em for (ex: wheels and tires are 299 as oppose to advertised 425)
