Who knows if the kid worked there or not. I had an *** muncher tow truck take one of my cars when I was legally parked in my apartment complex about 15-years ago. The *** wipe jacked the price in the morning when I went to get my car back, same technique "off property". Tow truck companies with "contracts" are just *** wipe thieves in my opinon.

The kid totally pussyed out though. It is better to just shut your mouth, pay him and get even at a later date. Then opportunity always comes up.
