Pros and Cons to running a 20x10 instead of a 20x8.5 outback(Pics appreciated)
I am about to order my rims but I am debating on whether or not I should run 20x10 or 20x8.5s out back. I do have an eibach sportline kit but from the looks/sounds of things,a 20x10 rim will still fit. The only drawback that I have came up with is the fact that I cant rotate the tires. And thats about it. Anyone else want to chime in with their pros and cons? Also pictures would be greatly appreciated.

Depending on what tires you get, you may still be able to "semi-rotate" them, by swapping them side-for-side.
The 10" will also be heavier than the 8.5, though that may not be important to you.

I have 10.5's out back, and I must say it's pretty hard to break the tires loose. Some may say it's a bad thing, others will say it's a good thing.

Rerun, he has sportlines though, should his 10s still fit back there? Im interested in this also since I want to lower the car and put a fat tire back there....

The only real downside to this is you will not be able to rotate your tires. Even left to right since most of the performance tires for this car are directional. The only way to rotate them is to have them completely dis mounted and then swapped. I myself am running 20x10 out back and 20x8.5 up front the other drawback is they are heavier and you will lose a small amount of acceleration. That however can be resolved with a gear swap.
Here is a picture of my car. These pictures are before i lowered it.

I have the prokit, there are a few guys here that run 20's on sportlines but I'm not sure about the widths. Anyone with a 20x10+ with sportlines chime in?
