My left pillar rattles against the dash sometimes and the right one has once. I think I will take mine in just to be sure there is not a broken tab on the pillar.

BTW Oakman - what is Dynomat? do you have a link?

It's the part that runs from the dash up to the ceiling of the car just inside the window. If you put your hand on the headlight switch and raise it straight up, you'll hit the pillar.

For some reason???? I could tell you the reason but we've all had that discussion and I don't want to go there. :-)

How bad is removing the door panels and A-Piller covers?

The A pillars are not bad. Don't know about the door panels, but I have never been able to remove any door panel w/o breaking something. Of course I'm mechanically challenged anyway.

I have the same problem especially with the exhaust, OMG! Theres rattles and vibrations everywhere and then the drone, GRRR! Its freakin annoying and we took it in to ford and they blammed it on the exhaust so they didnt do anything, thats why im gonna have the exhaust fixed.

I have had the same rattle since I installed my catted midpipe. It is obnoxious and I am wondering if it has something to with the 06-04-01 TSB, since it is coming from right behind my center console. I have been hesitant to take it into the dealership because I am sure they will blame my exhaust, and they are probably right, the interior drone and vibration seems to be worse with the new midpipe. Maybe I will just take the TBS into my mechanic and have him fix it, instead of risking having Ford void my warranty (9,000 miles and I've yet to go to the dealership with all my mods).

I know of people that were having squeaks coming from their dash. I think they took little tabs of electrical tape and folded them over, then wedged them between the bottom of the air vents and the aluminum plating. You could try that.
