We went to a hose and hydraulic place. They didn't have bands to fit the 20" wheels so we had to get 8 of them and put 2 together per wheel. Then the longer bands were too wide to fit throught the slot on the sensor. So we had to use a bench grinder and grind the band thinner so it would fit in the sensor. Big pain in the *** that is why it was 4 hours.

Put all 4 sensors in asealed pvc pipe with a valve stem on one end, set pressure to 32psi works great. I put the tube in the trunk. My car is a 07 mustang

Just went through this with my wife's 07 Expedition when I put custom wheels and tires on. I wanted to keep the factory sensors in the factory tires for driving up north (I live in Phoenix) to the snow. I bought Discount's sensors (cuz Ford was backordered) and Discount and Ford couldn't get them to work. I bought the Ford aftermarket sensors and straps and Discount swapped them out free of charge and refunded my money. I then had to take it to Ford to get the system reset and now it's working fine. If you upsize your wheels, (say from 18 to 20) I believe you only have to buy new straps for 20"+ but can reuse the sensors. The straps are just really long hose clamps. I belive you can reuse the sames straps for 17 to 18.Good luck it was a huge PITA getting any similar info from the tire shop and the dealer.

Discount tire has straps and cradles for Ford up to 22 inch, not bad for around $50 bucks for all 4

Discount tire has bands up to 22 inch for around $50 bucks. I used the pressure tube to beat the system. Cheap and fast.

Put the sensors in a sealed pvc tube with a valve stem in one end, set the pressure, mount it in the trunk you are good to go. Problem solved
