I know this is an old thread but i was j/w do headers give better gains on F/I cars as opposed to N/A cars

MUCH better gains on F/I / Nitrous cars rather than N/A cars.

As far as needing a tune for headers. What if you already have a custom tune for your supercharger, is a new tune need when you add the headers? Is the tune needed for headers just to turn off the sensors or what? I can see dishing out a little over a grand for the headers but my custom tune ran me $800 i dont wan't to ahve to do it again.

it depends on what your header set up is...make sure after the headers you get the A/F checked or if you have a wideband keep an eye on it..the headers will help you vehicle breathe better so overall you a/f MIGHT change...

Dose anyone have any expirence with pacesetter long tubes or mac for the s197....these two are the cheapest in price

Though you get what you pay for...
Went with Dynatech + O/R x-pype, theyÂ´re on the trunk of my car ready to get them installed tomorrow ! canÂ´t wait
