www.mossmustang.com sells caliper paint in mustang colors. I don't know if they have vista blue, but they have a great range of colors. I know you don't want to do it yourself, but it's really not that hard.

Issues with doing this myself involve having no tools, no jacks, and a very bad back (may be going in for surgery soon).

Ask around at Harry's Hot Rod or perhaps even Two Wheel World. Actually, Two Wheel World might be a better choice. They have their own in house chrome shop, and also sub out quite a bit of powder coating.
