Default Functional Hood Pins

Well the other day i got into a little race with my friend who has a 96' cobra and some 4.10 gears and a new rear-end and engine and he only pulled me by a car length and we got up to about 125...the thing i noticed though is the hood on our cars seems to shake up and down after 110 mph and was wondering if anyone knew where to get functional hood pins i've seen the ones that are just 3M taped but i want to know about some functional ones

You can get the same ones from Summit Racing for about half that price.

Those are the first functional hood pins ive seen that actually look good. So from autozone? Do they have em there or do you have to order them? Also are they chrome? Thanks in advance!
