You would be better off in the long run getting a real dual setup instead of having a ghetto-rigged tip welded into your car

Just my .02, good luck with the decision.
I was thinking the same thing after I posted my last post. Seems like a lot of work to make the other one work when I could just have the two exhausts for less hassle too. The only thing I'm having a hard time with is the $1500 just to paint and install the kit. That seems really expensive to me. Thoughts on that?

As far as getto rigged tip. Look at your factory exhaust tip, it's welded on and it's from the factory. I agree with what you say but 700 bucks or check out your options on a tip. All depends on the person. Thats one reason why I havent done my kit, don't want to buy another exhaust kit. I still want to get the intake and tune. That my NEXT thing on tap. Still want to do a system with a 7' screen and this and that..... about 5-6 K in extras. Dam maybe I should just get a SC instead. Maybe I should get a crouch rocket instead. AGGHHHH What to do???????? I NEED THE 6 WINNING LOTTO NUMBERS FOR A FUTURE DRAWING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the near future.

You didn't know that by reading he has 1 exhaust tip? lol

The highest I was ever quoted on a kit was $750 for paint and install for a FULL Saleen kit.

You are either A) Getting ripped off, B) Going to an expensive place, or C) Living in an inflated neighborhood / city.

I say bring your car around to the local shops instead of the dealerships. The dealership quoted me $1500 for just 2 racing stripes on the car, when a local shop that is known to do good work quoted me $350 for a full paint job + painted rims

Didn't do either, but that's not the point

who did you have install the kit and did you consider any other body kits before settling on that one?
I installed the complete kit myself (sans the hood scoop, I don't like it).

I wanted the Roush the first time I saw it and I did not consider any others.
