sportlines and 22s?
Wondering if anyone knew whether 22 inch rims would fit ok with sportline springs. Just wondering if i should get 20s or 22s. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks

I love the 18's on mine and personally I would recommend going over 20. Not sure why you would want the 22's as that would look a bit rediculous on a Mustang and like bl1nkage said, you would probably loose a lot of quality in the ride. Dont do it man.....

Yeah, have seen a stang with 22s and sportlines. The guy kept them on for a while and it would rubb while making a full turn and on bumps, but not on a straight line. After a while, he kept the 22s but switched to the prokit. You still gotta be careful over bumps etc. If you hit a bump hard enough or fast enough, you could do some serious damage.

There is nothing to gain by a 22" wheel other than being able to "brag" (if thats what youd call it) about 22s. Granted its a style and a look that some people like, but it just doesnt belong on a Mustang IMO, it looks alot more at home on an old lincoln or impala or something (at least thats what all of those have around here). Swear there are some cars around here that are higher off the ground then a stock full size pickup. Just doesnt make sense to do it to a performance car... more rotating mass, heavier, higher center of gravity.. if ya wanted a "pimp mobile" you should have bought a chrysler 300. Sorry.. just how I feel.

It your car and you can do as you like but here are some shots of our car Eiback Pro springs 255/35/20 front and 285/30/20 rear.
IMHO I think 22's and Eibach Sport springs are a bit much!
