Default Sub noise when pressing brake/gas

Just insalled a new Jensen headunit and I have the shaker 1000 but when I step on the brake or the gas the speakers make a poping noise... I have the voltage regulator but it still makes the noise with or without it. When I unplug the right side RCA and leave the white (left) it doesnt do it anymore...anyone know whats wrong? Do I need a filter or something? I haven't heard of anyone needing it though.

Thanks

Default RE: Sub noise when pressing brake/gas

it whines when the engine is on too... so im guessing its a ground loop..but I only have 3 wires for ground, one coming from the sub harness, and the other 2 are coming from the stock harness and the new headunit, all of them are wired together... I also tried moving my RCA's away from power wires but its still doing it
