Yes it does cover the holes. I had purchased mine pre-painted and they already applied the 3M tape to it. Took me about 30 minutes to get it installed. Just be sure you have it lined up correctly, because once that tape hits the deck lid, it's stuck. You then bolt in the 2 back bolts, and you're done.

if you're going to get the gt500 spoiler, might as well go with Ford's, it costs about the same, give or take a few. It will bolt into all 4 holes and will not lift like i've heard lots of 3dcarbon spoilers have been doing.

Where can I find the Ford GT500 Spoiler...I kinda like that one too. Though I'm stuck between the CDC Ducktail, and the GT500 Spoiler now.........

Yeah I know I can get it from the Ford Dealer, but mine here in town is kinda gay and I want to try and get it off the internet somewhere, plus it will be cheaper since they always add more to it to make a little bit more profit.

I just have to find the place where I can purchase the GT500 spoiler from, then get it painted properly. If you find any place other than a Ford dealer or anything online where I can purchase let me know!
