Default Front and Rear Sway Bars?

Can anyone advise me on what the benefits are of front and rear sway bars; are they worth the investment; what brand do you recommend? Your informed feedback would be appreciated!!!

some one did a great write up on all susp. parts for our cars, search for it, he explained everything. but just from memory, I believe he said the fronts are fine, but the rears could be replaced.

My plan is to go with a GT500 rear sway bar if I change anything. That should get rid of some push. Stiffer dampers will help greatly as well I understand.

I have used aftermarket polyurathane bushings on a few cars and have very little good to say about them. So I am usually inclined to stay with factory stuff if possible.

I think this is the thread you're looking for....Post 5, specifically. A wealth of great advice. I'm still referencing CrazyAl's post...

scroll down to the 4/12/2006 5:11:19 PM post by F1Fan. He has a lot of posts on this topic from the begining but this one is a concise recipe.
