Looking for some pics of CD/DVD Players
Can I get some pics of any flush 6.5 or 7 inch screen CD/DVD players and how much did they run. Not sure if I want to get a flip up or a flush screen. Ran across a Pioneer flip up screen that belonged to a friend. He had it sent in to get fixed because the ribbon broke on it. While it was getting repaired he bought a new pioneer with all the bells and whistles, so he wanted to sell his. I've had a ribbon problem on my last CD player so I know why it happened, other than that the CD player is fine, just a couple of years old. He is asking 800 for the unit. What do yall think?? I would like to see any pics of flip ups and flush already installed in the stangs. Thanks!!

I dont think you will find those in our cars. How would you put one in those huge holes we have in our dash anyways??
I dont see a need for a flip up screen because you can flush mount tons of systems in place of the factory units.
Which one did you have in mind?

You put one in just like a regular cd player and then put a sleeve or whatever its called under it to fill in the gap so you can put thing in. IE... phone, pen or......Just wanted to see what it looked like with a flip up screen and how high the screen go to the air vents. Just compairing.

Yes, I realize that. And I understand its your choice. I just wouldnt do it that way.
I think the Pioneer AVIC-N3 will fit in there no problems.
Sorry, wasnt trying to annoy you with my question...........

Didn't annoy me at all. Just answering your question about how you would install in the hugh hole the stang has. I've seen a regular cd player installed and then a sleeve was under it to hold small items like other cars. Just wonder about the flip ups.
