Default Increasing HP decreasing Mileage, but how much?

My FIRST POST.......I've been reading all your questions and answers for the last few months, you guys are all helpful. I'm planning on getting an 05 or 06 GT come April. Waiting till after our Ohio winter. Basically I now know what mods I want to do when I get the car: Headers, UDP's, CMCV Delete Kit, C&L CAI w/93 octane tune, some sort of axle-back, and a high flow cat H.
With more air you add more fuel, some of these mods actually increase mileage, whereas others decrease.

Now I plan to make this car my Summer daily driver, and I am curious if anyone knows what these mods will do to overall MPG, I understand "it depends on the driver" and other variables, but on average what do you think the resulting MPG would be. I'm not trying to drive a car that gets 8 MPG all summer, thats why I have a '71 Cutlass. I understand you can't buy a mustang thinking about MPG, so hopefully I'm not attacked on this post, I'm more or less curious. Thanks...

Your #1 biggest factor, BY FAR, is how you drive. If you drive with a lead foot, expect poor mileage.

My 06 has Longtube headers, 93 octane tune, CAI, UDP, CMCP delete and 4.30 gears. I get 20-21 MPG most of the time (about 3/4 city and 1/4 HWY), I'm getting at least 24 if it's all HWY. I would characterize my driving as Agressive.

I get 20mpg and my driving is mostly highway, and I don't have nearly the amount of mods you do Crazy... I don't get it. I wouldn't consider my driving to be "aggressive" typically I just accelerate to the speed limit and cruise from there... Ah well, I'll never understand.

Damn, If that's with agressive driving, I wonder what my driving would be characterized as with 14-15 MPG... :-) Then again, where your speedlimit is 45, I don't have one and am doing 90. Where your speed limit is 75, I don't have one and am doing 140+. Oh hell, and I have Kooks in the mail. [8D]

I'm going to save soooo much gas money when I go back to the States...That's going to suck!!!!

I used to get 21MPG mixed city/hwy.....until I got the turbo installed. Now I get abot 14MPG but I think is due to the fun factor.

Two hours a day of communting in LA traffic (1/4 freeway, 3/4 surface streets) and I'm averaging 15.5 MPG, with an average speed of 24 MPH. It's a brutal commute, and I don't flog it. About 26 from LA to Vegas and back.

I'm sorry to hijack this post but what exactly is a CMCV delete, what does it do, and what are the downsides?
