Default Who has a whipple dyno?

The whipple is the only supercharger I haven't seen a dyno for yet. Does anyone have a whipple supercharger and want to share their dyno numbers?

Default RE: Who has a whipple dyno?

I have a Whipple with the 10 PSI pulley, but no dyno chart yet. I will say that the car has an incredable flat power / torque band, feels like a big block was installed with increased power right off idle. I also have SLP long tubes & "X" pipe to help, but really heavy 20" forged wheels which hurt performance. One reason I choose Whipple was because FFRP was responcible for the "canned tune" and with a stock engine, I don't think anybody has a better idea on how to put a safe tune together than Ford. That being said, there is probably a bunch more HP to be had with a custom tune (I've seen GT 500's add 75 hp with tune & cold air kit only!), but what is the cost of a new bottom end????? Whipple estimated my hP to be in the 475 to 500 range with my set-up and seat of the pants does not dispute that, but untill I get a chance to have a pull done it is just speculation. I will say that the appearance, fit, quality and drivability of this blower has made me very happy I waitted as I almost bolted to another manufacturer. There are lots of choices out there and most are good, but I wouldn't trade this set-up for any I've seen to this point.

Oh, that is 475 to 500 Rear Wheel HP, which should be in the 550 Flywheel range.
