It looked cool! Does anyone know if it requires cutting and welding on the exhaust? I hope they can undercut everyone elses price for a turbo or S/C. Sorry to say, but $4K-$6k for how much HP you gain is crazy IMO.

Let's get together and create a turbo system for under $3k. Anyone think that's possible and still make lots of money?

Only 343 HP? Sounds like they really need to dial up the boost...

STS (Squire Turbo Systems) has been making a remote mount system for Fbodis and GTO's for quite some time now. Unfortunately I have yet to see one that impresses me. There are some advantages to a remote system but the biggest disadvantage I see is oiling the turbo. It requires at least an additional oil pump and in some cases a separate reservoir. I have heard of more than one STS car have trouble with oiling. I am not saying that a remote system can't work well, but I have more confidence in a traditional set up...at least for now.

No offense but the only oiling problems I have actually seen could both be attributed to installation error. I am not saying no one ever has problems but I have seen problems from every set up you can imagine. The STS is unique in that they remote mount th turbos all the way to the back in stead of mid range like most others. I am not overjoyed by it, it just depends on your situation and what you want to do with your car.

I prefer systems that require as little time and effort to install as possible

I dunno, to each his own. I wonder what the price will be on the bully dog kit as compared to other kits on the market.

I hoping the easier the install the easier on the wallet.

I filled out their beta tester form. Maybe i'll get a free turbo.

I didn't see any turbo kits for trucks on their website, have they never made a turbo kit? Does the driveshaft spin the turbos? I'm guessing something has to spin them just like a SC.

The exhaust gas spins the turbos, if you notice instead of a typical turbo mounting directly to the exhaust manifolds they put it in line with the exhaust pipes. Well I guess all we can do about other info is to wait and see.

I think I should have an intercooler but as they said at 4 PSI it doesn't HAVE to have one
