Great story 4wheel. btw how do you like your flowmasters?
I LOVE the sound of my mustang....

I was really really happy with the Flows and (knock on wood) I dont have any of the rattling problems that some people complained of...

I also have FRPP shorty headers...so I'm fairly certain it sounds different than a car with just flows would sound.

I too have trouble from time to time getting the shifter into park. I looked through the TSB's and didn't see one on this. Which on was it.

On side note- if everyone would update where they are from it would save us from having to ask.

If it's a TSB they can't blame a damn mod!!!!! Take it in with a thrown rod and see what they say.

Cars looking good, you do the stripes yourself?

Hopefully the dealers in Raleigh will act teh same way towards warranty work!
Have heard that Wakefield and Crossroads are pretty mod friendly...

Thanks, yes I did them myself. It took me like 5 hours. I'll be putting on the 1/2" pin stripe as soon as I can get a good day here.

Here you go. Alexander Ford in Murfreesboro, TN.
MURFREESBORO!!! I HATE MURFREESBORO!!! That place has bad memories for me!!

About 5 years ago, I was with my girlfriend of the time helping her move back home after an internship at NASA. We were driving from Cape Canaveral, FL. to Minneapolis, MN with all of her belongings inside. About halfway thru, right in Murfreesboro, TN. I was driving her parent's purple Dodge Caravan. About 12:30am in the morning, pouring down rain. I'm in the right lane going about 50-55...at one point a semi zips by my in the left lane doing about 75 or so. The semi threw up so much splash and spray that I was temporarily blinded to what was in front of me. Well right at that time some dumbass from GA. was also in the right lane, but was going about 20mph. By the time I saw them it was too late and SMACK! Had to wait like 3 hours for a tow truck. then had to stay in some rank *** roach motel. The next day because the minivan was non-driveable. We had to rent something to tow the minivan with. The ONLY thing we could get in poe-dunk Murfreesboro was a full size UHaul truck with a wheels-up car carrier! We drove the entire rest of the way in an EMPTY full-size Uhaul towing a trailer with her parent's busted *** minivan towed behind!! I HATE MURFREESBORO!

(although RW06STANG, I'm sure it's a lovely place...once you get to know it)

Funny side note: I had never met her parents before that day. So our initial meeting was with me carting their minivan that I had just totalled the day before.....the "girlfriend of the time" is now my wife....funny how things work out.

THIS ISN'T OFF TOPIC IS IT??? naaaaah.

Murfreesboro has changed in 5 years. Lot bigger and more things to do. Sorry for your bad luck that day.

It's not about being stupid, it's about being misinformed. Telling someone they can use nitrous without any warranty issues because they had a TSB done with mods and the dealer said they didn't care is not correct.
