X-pipes with after market cats are too loud?

I was on another mustang site and a few members were putting their stock muffler back on because their cars were too loud? I have my x-pipe coming from corsa in a few days. Does anyone share this opinion of our Mustangs being too loud with after market cats and x-pipes.

I have JBA axelbacks with a Pypes off road X pipe. I personally think that it attracts too much attention (and no cats is highly illegal in Southern California) so I only have it on when I know I'm going to the track... Like tonight!
