Just kidding. Sorry about the loss. I would be shocked if it's not totalled. What the fire didn't destroy, the water from the fire hoses did. if the damage exceeds 80% of book value, it is totalled. Assuming a book value of $25K (WAG), then $20K of damage totals it. I see $20K in the photos alone.
