The best Clay Bar kit is the one that YOU get and use.
The one that I get is Clay Magic. $9.99
I have used several brands and they all are awesome. I prefer Clay Magic.
It is kind of like the "Which oil do I use?" discussion. In the big scheme of things, it DON'T matter as long as you use it.
