How bad do lowered Stangs ride?

RE: How bad do lowered Stangs ride?
I think only if I was driving two stangs, one with each could I tell you. If I had to do it again I'd go FRPP rears only (Eibach have to buy four) as I'm not interested in lowering the front.

ok, but by "better" you cannot mean softer. Right? You should have somewhat less spring dampening and you have a lot less sidewall; that should equate to firmer. Handling would be better for sure.

Let me re-phrase, when I say better I mean that handling improved........I personally can not tell any difference with the "ride".......I for sure wouldnt say that the ride got rougher because it didnt, the ride was actually about the same, no real difference and I truly believe that the wheel size kept me from really feeling any difference in the ride. If I had smaller wheels it may feel a bumpier ride but I honestly can tell no difference. I hope that clears up my previous statement.
BTW....having come from a long history of lowered/slammed trucks I always noticed a difference in ride the lower I went, even with 20's but when I did a modest lower (like a 2/4 or 4/6) I could never tell that the ride got worse, it usually stayed pretty much the same. But, because they were trucks, we always put aftermarket shocks so theres the difference between my lowered trucks and lowered stang.

Also have ProKit (rears only) w/17's and agree with you. Will likely have to put some money into Tokico adj to soften this pony. Figure it has to help, just don't know how much.
