'04 DD FR500 for a 2006 GT?
I want to buy FR500 wheels for my 2006 GT but I want deep dish in the rear. Unfortunatly they don't make them in the correct offset. I was wondering how the 18" DD for a 2004 and older will fit on my car. Any help would be great.

Maybe them sticking out a little wouldn't be sucha bad thing, I think the factory wheels look kinda tucked in a little the way they sit. I also won't be running that big of a tire (probably 285-295 at the widest) so I shouldn't have any clearance issues. I'll have to ask some local shops....

dunno if you can run that wide. I have 235s on mine and they said highest they can fit would be a 245 and very unlikely but possibly a 255.

295 is a rather wide tire... couple that with the fact that the offset is wrong and could be looking at 3/4 to an inch sticking out.. Keep in mind you can get a ticket and have to take your wheels off if the amount that sticks out is larger than 1/2 of the tread width.
