Ordering & custom specs!?
Hi all,
Does anyone know if there are there any delays in delivery of factory-built Mustangs, like what happened back in 2005/2006? I had '07 V6 coupe ordered on Monday (11/11) with Priority 10, the dealership had allocation today (Thursday 11/16), and Ford's 800# today says my car has been "serialized and is waiting for a schedule date and eta". I hope I don't have to wait >2 months for my custom built Mustang

ahhh that is the luxury of being lucky enough to find the perfect one at a neighboring dealer. i don't know if there is a back up, but it will be worth the wait, so dont get too upset!

I ordered back in august and still no update........the dealer says because i ordered the 18in rims it is taking this long.
there reason because they told me there is a supply problem with the 18in rims. can anyone confirm this or is this just some dealer bs story?

Sequence Date: 10/25/2006
Blend Date: 11/1/2006
Produced Date: 11/10/2006
Gate Release Date: 11/10/2006
Ship Date: 11/10/2006
Hopefully delivered on Monday, November 20th as per the ERL.
