Or maybe chances are the extra price including insurance for the
GT wasn't an option for the parent?

my first o5 was a v6 and i put on dual exhaust on it and that did wonders also. cost only 800 dollars at my local dealer for the converstion so that was worth it. made her breath better and helped gas milage. also a cold air intake would also help in the breathing department. so good luck and be careful. Also i agree with the prior, the GT is a monster when you mod her up, its good to cut your teeth with the V6. Oh ya and i wish my dad got me a mustang.

This could be true as well.. dont get me wrong I know people whos parents had to get a smaller car because of insurance reasons, even though the kid could handle a larger model. But the majority of new drivers couldnt handle or even know how to treat a V8, and IMO if they lack the responsibility they dont deserve the power.

And BTW, SXGT, CAIs are not wastes.. stop giving wrong info in our section [&:]

O yeah, Sick Six, did you ever get those pics??

That is true also there are many younger kids that would not know at all
how to treat a GT. I know that I could handle it, but understand there are
parents that just cringe at the idea of their baby to be driving a 300hp car
around, with all the street racing and such.

Hey thats cool, Im not in a big hurry or anything, so take your time . I really dont mind what people say about my car.. afterall it is.. MY CAR. I dont even think Id ride around with them on that much anyways, it would mainly be for shows and stuff. Im really trying to get my car into shows and contests but trying to pay your own way and for parts is kinda rough at my age. I need some sponsorships

That's my aproach, "It is MY CAR" I ride with them
on at night but not too much cause it gets cops attention
then they just wait for you to f up so they can get you that
ticket. That's cool you're wanting to do shows and stuff, it would
be wonderful to have sponsorship for my car.....

I like the light under the car. Is that called under glow? or is Underglow just a brand name?
