Speed Channel crashes a Shelby tonight
In case you haven't seen it already. "Shooting cars" is on tonight, on the Speed Channel. At 8:30 PM Central they're going to show how two new Shelby's were crashed for the upcoming movie "I Am Legend."
I haven't seen it yet. Don't know if I can watch it.

I don't know why the did that with a GT500, a regular GT mustang would have done the same thing. I can't believe they thought them boxes were going to break it's fall on the test run, what a joke.

well hey with what they probably paid to do it, I feel sorry for the owner of shooting cars he is a mustang fanatic like us and owns several mustangs of his own including a shelby.
I can say if it were me I would not do it to a shelby I would have made a v6 look like a shelby and done it wouldn't that save some money, I mean either way you have to alter the suspension and they are buying new body panels for the GT500 so all they did was spend an extra 20K on the car when it would take like 5K to make the 6 look like the 500.
