Where to install these sensors?

Where to install these sensors?
So im planning on getting an oil pressure guage and a coolant temp gauge.
Both will be electric guages.
My question, for the coolant guage and the oil pressure guage , where should i mount the sensors?
For coolant, do i need to drill and tap threads for the sensor?
And for oil pressure, is it possible to keep both stock sensor AND add the new electric sensor?
Where is a good place to install both sensors?
